ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Michele LaVire
As the founder of La Femme Wellness, Michele was born with a gift to lead and help women. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Michele has worked with clients from around the world, healing through Movement and Acupuncture.
Having started her first Pilates Studio at the age of 25, Michele realized she wanted to help women more full circle, body mind and soul. Michele went back to school for Chinese Medicine and was ignited by the wisdom gained to incorporate in her coaching.
